Welcome to the Australian national eisteddfod competitions in 2010

- the 56th annual eisteddfod

The eisteddfod invites entries in more than 200 aged based sections - from 6 years and under to open
- for solo and group performance and composition competition in voice and instrument
- this year in six competitions. (Syllabuses for the following competitions will be added as they become finalised.)

bands and orchestras
choirs - including the Australian open choral championship
instrumental and contemporary music - including open chamber music
piano- including open piano recital
singing - including the national operatic aria competition
speech and drama- including the bard competition and speech choirs
